If you are unable to safely pick up and remove your items during the removal times that have been scheduled for this sale, PLEASE DO NOT BID. The Auctioneer does not ship, nor does the Auctioneer hold items beyond the published removal times. The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times. ALL DISCONNECTS & DISASSEMBLY ARE SOLELY PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY, AND MUST BE DONE IN A SAFE, PROFESSIONAL, WORKMAN-LIKE MANNER, LEAVING ANY DISCONNECTED UTILITIES PROPERLY CAPPED. Cary St. On street parking is of course available at your option, subject to street parking signs/regulations.PICKUP/REMOVAL APPOINTMENTS: To expedite pickup/removal and to minimize your wait times to the extent possible, all pickup/removal will be by SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ONLY. Upon completion of the sale on Monday (6/1), we will be contacting all winning bidders on Tuesday (6/2) to schedule your pickup time for either Saturday or Sunday, June 6 or 7. (Please check item descriptions for any "Sunday Only" removal items. If you've bought any "Sunday Only" items, we strongly suggest picking up ALL your items up on Sunday.)SPECIAL PICKUP/REMOVAL RULES - CLASS A OFFICE BUILDINGS: Each item in this Sale Event has been designated as eitherSelf-Handcarry Allowed, or 2. Pro-Move To Loading Dock FREE (or 3. Sunday Only). Each designation carries with it the following rules, as per One James Center building mgmt.1. Self-Handcarry Allowed, Service or Passenger Elevator: Buyers of items with this ''Self-Handcarry'' designation MAY opt to **HAND-CARRY** these items themselves and are free to use the passenger elevator (PADDED ELEVATOR ONLY) that goes down to the 1st Floor Lobby area, and WALK the items out the "Wendy's" (9th Street) doors. NO ROLLING CARTS OR HAND TRUCKS ALLOWED ON PASSENGER ELEVATOR OR IN PUBLIC LOBBY AREA - ITEMS MUST BE HAND-CARRIED ONLY WHEN IN LOBBY AREA (not pushed or dragged)! If you wish to use moving equipment (hand truck, dolly, etc), you must use the Service Elevator down to and exit from the Loading Dock area only. (Acceptable Passenger Elevator Examples: A chair, an artwork, a lamp or small lamp table.) The padded passenger elevator option is provided solely to help you expedite your removal of any of your hand-carry items. Any item which requires moving equipment will not be allowed to use the passenger elevator, and must use the service elevator only.2. Prof-Move to Loading Dock Provided (**FREE**): Buyers of items with this ''Prof-Move Free'' designation MUST USE THE SERVICE ELEVATOR ONLY. We will have professional movers (Reads Moving Systems – Bryan Heirs, 804-520-2900) on hand to provide (free) ROLLING ASSISTANCE ONLY out of Bull & Bear Club, onto the service elevator, and down to the Loading Dock. Responsibility for any disassembly and/or disconnect is solely the purchaser’s responsibility, and any utilities must be disconnected and capped in a professional workmanlike manner. THE MOVERS WILL NOT DISASSEMBLE / DISCONNECT YOUR ITEMS; you must bring your own professionals to perform this service. Responsibility for loading the item(s) on/in a vehicle is solely the purchaser's responsibility, although the movers in some cases may be available to help you load your item. The movers have been arranged & provided for your convenience & safety, and for the efficiency of the load-out (pickup) process and are provided at no-charge to you. (You may tip the guys, but it’s not required.) NOTE: Risk of damage to items rests solely with the buyer. All movement beyond the loading dock is your responsibility. Contact your local movers if you want your items delivered for/to you.3. Sunday Removal Only, Pro-Move to Loading Dock Provided (**FREE**): For logistical reasons, certain items are designated & allowed removal on SUNDAY ONLY. All other rules for #2. designation above apply. If you also bought items with #1. and/or #2. designations, we strongly suggest picking ALL your items up on Sunday only. (Saves you an extra trip, and avoids unnecessary congestion.)LOADING DOCK REGULATIONS: The loading docks are available strictly during posted Pickup/Removal hours (Sat-Sun, 9am-4pm). There is space for only 2 vehicles at a time in this loading dock. ALL OF YOUR PURCHASES MUST BE ON THE DOCK AND READY TO LOAD BEFORE YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO PULL YOUR VEHICLE INTO A LOADING DOCK SPACE. You will be expected to load quickly and pull out, to make room for the next vehicle waiting. If you cannot get all your items down onto the dock for a single pickup, you will have to make multiple round trips, waiting your turn in line for the next vehicle slot. There is also side ramp available, and you may roll your items down and out to the parking lot across the street – using your own equipment. (The movers we’ve provided and their equipment are not available to move anything beyond the loading dock.)BIDDER’S DUTY TO REMOVE ITEMS SAFELY: Again, you are solely responsible for the safe pick-up, removal, and transportation of your items. You agree that the pick-up, removal, and transportation of your items will be solely at your expense and at your risk. You further agree that you will be responsible for any damage that you or any of your agents cause during any preview or removal period, and also agree that the credit card associated with your online account will be charged for any expenses incurred and/or repairs necessary as a result of any damage that you cause. AGAIN, ALL DISCONNECTS & DISASSEMBLY ARE SOLELY PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY, AND MUST BE DONE IN A SAFE, PROFESSIONAL, WORKMAN-LIKE MANNER, LEAVING ANY DISCONNECTED UTILITIES PROPERLY CAPPED.PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS during the scheduled removal times. NO refunds, credits or charge back's will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned and you will be charged a removal fee for disposal of your unclaimed items. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PICK UP AND REMOVE YOUR ITEMS AT THE POSTED REMOVAL TIMES. Bidders who do not pickup their items at the scheduled time will be considered to have abandoned their purchases and agree that they will not be entitled to any refund or adjustment. (Yes, Removal Dates/Times apply to your selected Shippers too, and they require advance notice, so contact them early to be sure they can comply; you are responsible if they can’t/don’t.)
